We are committed to developing skills through both work experience and training. Our training scheme for 2011 is titled Hextol Stars and aims to develop skills through individual coaching and groupwork in:
All our trainees are encouraged to take part in the programme, which has been generously funded through the support of Northumberland County Council and the Garfield Weston Foundation. |

We are a registered charity, providing a range of local, accessible employment experience and associated training and support to local learning disabled people in our community. |
We bring positive transformation to the lives of disabled or disadvantaged people by helping them develop their self-esteem, self-confidence and sense of purpose, through work experience and personal achievement. |
